She is dutiful to them and they were amazed at how well she takes care of her kids and how dedicated she is to her job. Her female employer secretly nominated her for a "Best Nanny Contest," an online search for the best nanny in the United Arab Emirates(UAE), because of her dedication to her job and to do it all her best. On December 16, 2018, when she was selected as the' Best Nanny' in the UAE, Villa was surprised. She defeated 41 other nannies, winning 700,000 dirhams, or P1M. Her employers conveyed their confidence that she would win because they knew she deserved it. After all, she was the best nanny who worked all hours of the day and beyond, according to her. Villa emphasized that she'll be not going to retire from working as a domestic helper because she still enjoys working for her employers and she does the job for her loved ones most especially. She said that family love always comes first.
