OFW Got Poisoned

Not Knowing Her Baby Was Already Lifeless Inside Her Womb, OFW Got Poisoned

An Overseas Filipino Worker OFW was poisoned after being unaware that her child inside her womb was already lifeless.

A Facebook Netizen, Rome Lopez Portillo, posted on her Facebook timeline, asking for prayers and financial help for her OFW friend in Lebanon who was clinging into her life.

According to Rome, her friend had no idea that the baby inside her womb was already lifeless, reason for her to get poisoned. The OFW was confined at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Beirut General Hospital in Lebanon.

In addition, Rome said that her friend is still in critical condition due to her kidneys and liver not functioning. The OFW is also under life support to keep her breathing.

Aside from this, she also needs to cleanse the toxic waste inside her body hence the need for regular dialysis. Moreover, she also requires medicine and blood transfusion.

According to Rome, the sister of the OFW is doing her best to save her sister. However, the money needed for her sister’s medication is still too much that they need help from everyone.

What’s more heartbreaking is the OFW has four children waiting for her return in the Philippines.
