If there’s anyone who knows the OFW’s family, the Department of Foreign Affairs encourages the public to contact them.

Contact details

To those who have a certain detail of the OFW’s family, you can visit Migrant Office: Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers’ Affairs (OUMWA)
2330 Roxas Blvd., Pasay City
. Or call on Tel no. (02) 834-4996 or (02) 834-3246. You can also email the government agency at oumwa.database@gmail.com or oumwa@dfa.gov.ph.

It was not yet clear what’s the reason behind Soriano’s amnesia. Last January 31, 2019, the Facebook user with a name Good Deed posted the situation of Soriano in his timeline. He related that someone sent Soriano to the hospital, unconscious. And when Soriano wakes up, he already has amnesia.

In addition, they also said that Soriano stayed in the hospital for 2 years.
