With the new SSS e-service, viewing your SSS contributions and membership records is just one click away! You’ll only need your mobile phone and internet connection and you’re good to go!
My.SSS is an online service portal that allows SSS members exclusive access to their contributions and membership records, make online transactions, set appointments with their SSS servicing branch, and request copies of their records, as needed.
Through My.SSS online service, members don’t need to hassle themselves going to SSS offices for their concerns. They can join the member’s forum and discuss SSS-related issues with their fellow members. This forum is moderated by authorized SSS employees and they can respond to concerns and direct complaints.
If you don’t have an SSS online account yet, now is your time to register! It’s easy and was made just for your convenience. To access My.SSS; hereunder are the simple steps to guide you.
For Online SSS Contributions Registration:
Step 1. Go to www.sss.gov.ph. On the upper left corner of your screen, click on My.SSS tab then select Register on the drop down menu. Once you have selected to register, you can choose what type of registration you wish to apply for. (Member Registration, Employer Registration, or Household Employer Registration) Since this guide if for registering as a member, choose the Member Registration.
Step 2. You will be directed to answer a fill up a few series of questions. This is only the first form you’ll need to fill up. Double checking your answers is a must.
After you have answered all the required fields, click Submit.
Step 3. Upon clicking Submit; a few moments later, SSS will email you the link for the next form you’ll be required to answer. Click this link and answer all the required fields. Don’t forget to double check your answers before accepting the terms and conditions.
Step 4. After accepting the terms and conditions, SSS will send you an email that you have successfully registered your account and you can log in. Check your inbox for SSS email of your username and password so you can log-in to your account.
For Logging In and checking SSS contributions:
You now have your SSS account and it is important that you remember your username and password. Your SSS account contains confidential information so must log out to your account after every inquiry for your safety.
Remember, your SSS account is not like your Facebook account where you can leave it logged on even when not in use.
To log in to your account:
Step 1. Log in to your account at www.sss.gov.ph
Step 2. Once you’ve logged on, click Inquiry under E-services menu.
Step 3. Under E-services, you can see the member’s info tab; under it are the sub-menus. Click on Actual Premiums to check your SSS contributions.
It is important that you regularly check your contributions to see if they are credited to your account.
For Text SSS Services:
However, if you are not connected to the internet or you are having trouble checking your contributions online, here’s how you can check your contributions through Text SSS services!
To register to Text SSS services, follow the following format;
SSS REG send to 2600.
SSS text transactions require a PIN code which will be sent through text after successful registration. Do not lose or forget about your PIN code because you will be using this code every time you make an inquiry.
Once you’ve successfully registered, to check your contributions, just type:
SSS CONTRI <MM/DD/YY> and send to 288 for (Smart/TNT) and 2931 for (Globe)
SSS contains very confidential information about you so it is important that you don’t leak this information out. If you are using your home computer, use Anti-Virus software to protect your identity. If you’re checking you SSS account on public computers, don’t forget to log out and most especially, always keep a copy of your login credentials so you won’t forget them.
