50 Nurses and 300 Caregivers needed in Japan

Japan is in need of 50 nurses and 300 caregivers according to Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA)

According to POEA, interested applicants can apply to Japan International Corporation of Welfare Services (JICWELS).

Below are the requirements if you are applying as a nurse

  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing with active PRC License;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of hospital work experience;
  • Must be motivated and committed to work and study as a candidate for “Kangoshi” to obtain a National License in Japan.

Caregivers applicants requirements”

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (with or without PRC License);
  • Graduate of four (4) year course BUT should submit TESDANational Certificate IIin Caregiving(NC II);

Candidate should complete and pass the six months onsite Japanese language training and should undergo the on-the-job training.

Nurse applicants shall undergo a Japan licensure exam which they could do for up to 3 years.

Caregivers should complete the 6 months onsite language training and work on-the-job within 3 years before they can take the national examination for careworkers.

Deadline of submission is on April 30, 2019
